Purchases in the Soocian iOS app

Digital membership purchases in the iOS app use Apple In-App Purchase. Before you confirm, the app and Apple's purchase sheet display the plan, included features, billing period and localized price. The App Store price applies to the Apple purchase; website prices and payment-provider fees are not added to an Apple purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew at the displayed price and period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. An introductory offer, if available, must show its duration and the price charged afterward. A one-time purchase does not renew.

Cancellation, restoration and account deletion

You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or open Apple subscription settings. Cancellation normally leaves access until the paid period ends and does not automatically refund that period. Use Restore Purchases in Soocian with the Apple Account used for the purchase and the Soocian account associated with it. Do not buy again to resolve an activation problem.

Deleting your Soocian account or uninstalling the app does not cancel Apple billing. You may cancel with Apple before deleting your account. Account deletion remains available independently of subscription cancellation.

For Apple refunds or withdrawal requests, use Apple's purchase support. For activation or service issues, contact karamofantasacko@gmail.com or our contact page. Do not send passwords, full card details or private keys.

Website purchases and legal terms

Website purchases use the payment provider shown at website checkout. That checkout must state the total including applicable taxes and fees, and whether a payment recurs. A website plan duration alone does not mean that billing renews automatically. Existing access purchased elsewhere does not change the billing provider for that purchase.

The Soocian Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and EU consumer and privacy rights also apply. For the iOS software license, Apple's standard EULA applies unless a custom license is supplied in App Store Connect. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

الشراء داخل تطبيق Soocian على iOS

تُشترى العضوية الرقمية داخل تطبيق iOS عبر Apple In-App Purchase. قبل التأكيد تظهر الخطة ومزاياها وفترة الفوترة والسعر بعملة المتجر. سعر App Store هو المعتمد لمشتريات Apple، ولا تُضاف إليه أسعار الموقع أو رسوم بوابات الدفع الخارجية.

يُخصم المبلغ من حساب Apple عند التأكيد. يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً بالسعر والفترة المعروضين ما لم يُلغَ قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية بـ24 ساعة على الأقل. تخصم Apple مبلغ التجديد خلال 24 ساعة قبل نهاية الفترة. إذا توفر عرض تمهيدي، يجب توضيح مدته والسعر بعد انتهائه. الشراء لمرة واحدة لا يتجدد.

الإلغاء والاستعادة وحذف الحساب

يمكن إدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاؤه من الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات، أو إعدادات اشتراكات Apple. يستمر الوصول عادةً حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة، ولا يؤدي الإلغاء وحده إلى استرداد مبلغها. لاستعادة الشراء استخدم حساب Apple الذي اشترى الاشتراك وحساب Soocian المرتبط به، ثم «استعادة المشتريات». لا تشترِ مرة أخرى لمعالجة مشكلة تفعيل.

حذف حساب Soocian أو إزالة التطبيق لا يلغي فوترة Apple. يمكنك الإلغاء لدى Apple قبل حذف الحساب، وتبقى إمكانية حذف الحساب مستقلة عن إلغاء الاشتراك.

للاسترداد أو الانسحاب من شراء Apple، استخدم دعم مشتريات Apple. لمشكلات الخدمة أو التفعيل تواصل عبر karamofantasacko@gmail.com أو صفحة التواصل. لا ترسل كلمات المرور أو بيانات البطاقة الكاملة أو المفاتيح الخاصة.

مشتريات الموقع والحقوق القانونية

تستخدم مشتريات الموقع بوابة الدفع الموضحة عند الدفع. يجب أن تُظهر شاشة الدفع الإجمالي والضرائب والرسوم المطبقة وما إذا كانت الفوترة متكررة. مدة الحزمة وحدها لا تعني تجديد الدفع تلقائياً.

تطبق أيضاً شروط الاستخدام وسياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء وحقوق المستهلك والخصوصية الأوروبية. ينطبق ترخيص Apple القياسي على برنامج iOS ما لم يُقدَّم ترخيص مخصص في App Store Connect. لا تحد هذه الشروط من حقوقك القانونية الإلزامية.
