Withdrawal and digital services

Where EU consumer law applies, consumers generally have 14 days from concluding a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions. Subscription cancellation stops future renewal; exercising a right of withdrawal is a separate request.

Starting an ongoing digital service does not by itself waive withdrawal rights. A digital-content exception requires the express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation required by law. Agreeing to general terms alone is not an express waiver. Where you expressly requested that a service begin during the withdrawal period, a lawful proportionate charge may apply to service already provided.

For an Apple purchase, use Apple's refund and withdrawal process and the Apple Media Services terms for your country. To cancel future Apple renewals, open subscription settings. For a website purchase or a service problem, contact Soocian support or karamofantasacko@gmail.com with your account, purchase date and order reference. No password or full card details are needed.

You retain mandatory rights if a digital service does not conform to the contract, including applicable remedies such as bringing the service into conformity, a price reduction or termination. No general refund restriction in our terms removes these rights.

GDPR rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection as applicable. You may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may complain to a competent data protection authority. Some data may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims; these exceptions do not justify indefinite retention.

We may need proportionate identity verification and will respond within the applicable legal period, generally one month, with any permitted extension explained. Our Privacy Policy describes data processing; you can also use account privacy settings and the account deletion function.

Safety and unlawful content

Use in-app reporting to identify content or users that may be unlawful or violate our Terms, and blocking to stop contact from a user. You can also contact support with the specific content URL, an explanation and sufficient information to assess the report. Do not upload additional unlawful content to make a report.

الانسحاب والخدمات الرقمية

عندما ينطبق قانون حماية المستهلك الأوروبي، يحق للمستهلك عموماً الانسحاب خلال 14 يوماً من إبرام عقد الخدمة عن بُعد دون تقديم سبب، مع مراعاة الاستثناءات القانونية. إلغاء الاشتراك يوقف التجديد القادم، أما الانسحاب فهو طلب مستقل.

بدء الخدمة الرقمية المستمرة وحده لا يُسقط حق الانسحاب. استثناء المحتوى الرقمي يتطلب الموافقة الصريحة والإقرار والتأكيد التي يفرضها القانون. قبول الشروط العامة وحده لا يُعد تنازلاً صريحاً. إذا طلبت صراحةً بدء الخدمة خلال فترة الانسحاب، فقد ينطبق مقابل نسبي مشروع لما قُدِّم فعلاً.

تبقى حقوقك الإلزامية عند عدم مطابقة الخدمة الرقمية للعقد، بما فيها المعالجة أو تخفيض السعر أو إنهاء العقد بحسب القانون. لا تُلغي قيود الاسترداد العامة هذه الحقوق.

حقوق حماية البيانات GDPR

يمكنك، بحسب انطباق اللائحة، طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها ومحوها وتقييد معالجتها ونقلها أو الاعتراض، وسحب الموافقة عندما تكون أساس المعالجة، وتقديم شكوى لهيئة حماية البيانات المختصة. قد يلزم الاحتفاظ ببعض البيانات لالتزام قانوني أو مطالبة قانونية، ولا يبرر ذلك الاحتفاظ غير المحدود.

استخدم بيانات التواصل أعلاه لطلبات الخصوصية. قد نطلب تحققاً متناسباً من الهوية، ونرد خلال المدة القانونية، وهي عموماً شهر واحد، مع توضيح أي تمديد مسموح. راجع سياسة الخصوصية واستخدم إعدادات الخصوصية وحذف الحساب.

السلامة والمحتوى غير القانوني

استخدم الإبلاغ داخل التطبيق للمحتوى أو الحسابات التي قد تخالف القانون أو شروط الاستخدام، والحظر لمنع التواصل. يمكنك أيضاً التواصل مع الدعم وإرفاق رابط المحتوى وشرح يسمح بتقييم البلاغ، دون إعادة نشر محتوى غير قانوني.
