Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Soocian, including our website, mobile apps, social features, messaging, calls, subscriptions, wallet features, creator tools, and related services. By creating an account or using Soocian, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use Soocian. If you use Soocian on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password secure.
• You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, sell or transfer your account without permission, or use another user's account.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Soocian or help others misuse it. You may not:

• Post, send, promote, or store illegal, harmful, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Exploit, endanger, sexualize, groom, or abuse minors, or upload, request, distribute, or promote child sexual abuse material.
• Harass, threaten, dox, spam, scam, impersonate, or manipulate other users.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data without permission, interfere with security, or disrupt the service.
• Use Soocian for fraud, money laundering, unlawful transactions, or evading sanctions or legal restrictions.
• Violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others.

4. User Content

You keep ownership of content you create and upload. By posting or sharing content on Soocian, you grant Soocian a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify for formatting, translate, and make your content available as needed to operate, improve, protect, and promote the service. This license ends when your content is deleted, except where continued use is necessary for backups, legal compliance, safety, shared content, or prior permitted use.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using Soocian, you agree that we may process information as described there.

6. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, Wallet, and Paid Features

• Soocian may offer paid subscriptions, packages, wallet features, paid posts, tips, creator subscriptions, ads, promotions, or other paid services.
• Digital subscriptions or premium features purchased inside the iOS app are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Digital subscriptions or premium features purchased inside the Android app may be processed through Google Play Billing where required.
• Prices, renewal periods, included features, taxes, fees, and billing terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable app store or payment provider before renewal.
• Wallet balances, tips, paid content, creator payments, and withdrawals may be subject to limits, fees, verification, fraud checks, and additional rules shown in the app.
• We may refuse, cancel, reverse, suspend, or review transactions that appear fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, illegal, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rules are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies.

8. Intellectual Property

Soocian, our logos, designs, software, features, and trademarks are owned by Soocian or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or exploit our service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

9. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, label, or disable content or accounts that we believe violate these Terms, our policies, the law, or pose risk to users, Soocian, or the public. We may also cooperate with law enforcement or safety organizations when required or appropriate.

10. Third-Party Services

Soocian may include links, integrations, payment providers, app stores, maps, media services, analytics providers, or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

11. Service Changes and Availability

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep Soocian reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always available service.

12. Disclaimers

Soocian is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soocian and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

14. Termination

You may stop using Soocian at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, expose us or others to legal liability, or if your account remains inactive for an extended period. Some provisions survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and legal compliance obligations.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the service or another appropriate method. Your continued use of Soocian after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
