Certification gives an instructor the foundation to start teaching, but foundations are not the same as mastery. Most teachers spend years refining cueing, sequencing, and confidence long after the initial course ends, often without any structured way to keep improving.
That gap between finishing a certification and actually feeling confident in front of a class is longer than most new teachers...
